




Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Control Administrative Assistant to manage and track employee documentation processes for various clients, ensuring timely document recovery and full traceability. If you enjoy working with documentation, tracking, and engaging with multiple clients, this position is for you. **Position Objective** ----------------------- To administer and monitor **employee document control processes** for various clients, ensuring timely recovery of signed documentation, accurate file traceability, and consistently professional service. **Required Education** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Business Management**, **Human Capital Management**, or related field. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Document administration and control. * Administrative follow-up with clients for document recovery. * Database and reporting management. * Direct client interaction and follow-up on pending items. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------------- * Administrative processes for **file control**. * Intermediate **Excel** (database management and tracking). * Physical and digital document organization and storage. * Use of **electronic signature platforms** (preferably Doc2Sign or similar). * Preparation of client-specific reports. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Registration and control of employee **onboarding and offboarding**. * Tracking of contracts and documentation sent for signature. * Sending and monitoring via electronic signature platform. * Active recovery of pending documentation. * Preparation of individual and general reports. * Physical and digital file storage. * Direct coordination with clients to collect signatures and documents. * Internal administrative management related to signature processes. * In-person client visits when required. **Key Skills** --------------------- * Organization and high-level follow-up. * Service orientation. * Clear and assertive communication. * Persistence in document recovery. * Attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. **Location:** Near Los Cubos Zapopan or Hard Rock Hotel **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Salary:** $12,000 monthly gross \| Biweekly payment **Benefits:** Statutory and above-statutory benefits **Interested?** ----------------- Send us your CV as an attachment
