We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and the ability to coordinate work teams and manufacturing processes. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the team of **welders and workshop personnel**. * Develop and interpret **workshop fabrication drawings**. * Organize the **movement, transportation, and control of tools**. * Coordinate the **reception, preparation, and transportation of materials**. * Plan workshop activities to meet **production timelines and quality standards**. * Supervise that welding work is performed in accordance with specifications. Candidate Profile: * **Civil Engineer** (preferably with knowledge of metal structures). * Experience in **welding workshops, metal fabrication, or structures**. * Knowledge of **interpretation and development of workshop drawings**. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Organizational skills and material control capability. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of **welding processes**. * Experience in **fabrication of structural components**. * Ability to plan workshop production.
