Manages communications and organizational tasks **Job Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support to the front desk area to ensure efficient and professional service to customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Answer emails, WhatsApp messages, and branch phone calls. * Generate payment links in Open Pay for all three branches. * Attend to customers at the branch. * Place weekly supplies orders according to needs. * Cover the main receptionist's lunch break. * Assist with basic appointment coordination when required. * Maintain an organized front desk and customer service area. * Follow up on appointment confirmations via WhatsApp or phone call. * Assist with daily administrative closing (no cash-handling responsibility). * Report incidents to the main receptionist or management. **Required Profile:** * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer and messaging system proficiency. * Proactive attitude and willingness to assist with diverse tasks. * Organizational ability. **Salary:** Base salary \+ Benefits \+ Commissions \+ Bonuses Salary: Starting from $9,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
