* Conduct security rounds in all hotel areas (reception, hallways, parking, common areas). * Monitor the entry and exit of guests, staff, suppliers, and vehicles. * Verify that only guests, authorized employees, or registered visitors gain access. * Detect suspicious behavior or potential risks. * Respond promptly to thefts, fights, or medical emergencies. * Protect hotel furniture, equipment, and materials. * Supervise restricted or high-value areas (warehouse, safe, etc.). * Provide basic guidance or assistance (e.g., escorting a guest to the parking lot at night). * Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times. * Assist during evacuations, fires, first aid situations, or power outages. * Report any incidents to the security supervisor or management. * Maintain daily logs of patrols, visitors, and unusual events. * Immediately report losses or damages to the area manager.
