We are seeking a **PLATFORM DRIVER** (platform experience required) with a secured vehicle (electric). **SCHEDULE:** Daily 8-hour shifts, with one rotating day off per week. **EDUCATION:** Minimum completed high school diploma (verifiable). **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum one year driving and transporting passengers via technology platforms; experience driving within Mexico City and the metropolitan area. **KNOWLEDGE:** Advanced use of GPS applications (Google Maps, Waze), defensive driving techniques, traffic regulations for Mexico City (CDMX) and State of Mexico (EDOMEX), basic smartphone operation. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** Operation of standard transmission, automatic, hybrid, and electric vehicles; automotive mechanics; traffic regulations; road safety; navigation and GPS usage. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate the vehicle assigned by the company on the platform during scheduled shifts and along designated routes. * Maintain a minimum rating on the platform profile and promptly report any incidents to the Operations Coordinator for resolution. * Treat platform users with kindness and courtesy, always ensuring passenger and personal safety. * Conduct the vehicle pre-shift checklist (fuel level, cleanliness, damages, tire pressure) at the start of each shift. * Report any incident—whether involving the vehicle, a passenger, or external factors—to the Operations Coordinator. * Return the vehicle to the operations center at the agreed-upon times at the end of each workday and report any incidents or service anomalies. * Guarantee confidentiality regarding activities, conversations, and personal information of transported individuals. * Maintain confidentiality of all information and data accessed during the course of employment. * Keep the company-assigned vehicle in good mechanical and aesthetic condition to ensure necessary safety standards. * Perform daily physical, mechanical, and hygiene inspections of the assigned vehicle using the corresponding checklist, and report any defects occurring during or outside of working hours via vehicle handover/receipt procedures.
