Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified occupational health professional with experience in medical examinations, primary care, health program management, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary medical care and occupational health program management 2. Active participation in risk analysis and health protocol monitoring 3. Coordination of health programs with IMSS and 24/7 emergency response EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (degree certificate and professional license required) REQUIREMENTS: * Empathetic, organized, responsible individual with strong goal-orientation and self-direction. * Availability to respond to emergencies 24/7. * Proficiency in software applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations (physical and electronic records, physical examination, medical history, specialized tests, audiometry, visual acuity, etc.) * Provide primary medical care (assessment and treatment) * Implement the active break program across various shifts and departments * Participate in risk, accident, and occupational disease analyses * Prepare and present occupational health statistics and reports to management * Complete ST-7 forms and monitor ST-2 follow-up * Respond to emergencies both during and outside regular working hours * Develop and coordinate health programs and campaigns with IMSS or the public health sector * Monitor and follow up on employees with chronic-degenerative conditions * Reassess personnel on medical leave and track progress until return-to-work * Prepare medical leave reports for staff and payroll purposes * Develop training materials on hygiene and health (physical and mental) * Train emergency response team members and participate in orientation courses * Monitor pandemic, endemic, or outbreak-related health protocols * Coordinate nursing staff Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $22,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
