




Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and empathetic professional to manage occupational health, conduct medical examinations, coordinate wellness programs, and respond to emergencies. Leadership in primary medical care and personnel management EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (Professional license and official diploma mandatory) REQUIREMENTS: * Empathy, organization, and responsibility * Focus on goal achievement * Self-direction and commitment * Availability for 24/7 emergency response * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP * Experience: Not required. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct pre-employment medical examinations (physical and electronic records, physical examination, medical history, specialized tests, audiometry, visual acuity, etc.) * Schedule periodic medical examinations for all staff * Provide primary medical care (assessment and treatment) * Implement the active break program across different shifts and departments * Participate in risk, accident, and occupational disease analyses * Submit occupational health statistics and reports to management * Complete ST-7 forms and follow up on ST-2 forms * Develop health campaigns in coordination with IMSS and the national health sector * Monitor and follow up on employees with chronic-degenerative diseases * Reassess employees on medical leave and coordinate their return-to-work process * Notify HR and payroll staff of medical leaves for registration and tracking * Develop training materials on hygiene and physical/mental health * Train emergency response team members and participate in orientation courses for new hires * Monitor pandemic, endemic, or outbreak-related protocols * Supervise nursing staff (3 personnel) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
