Job stability and growth opportunities. **Vacancy: Hotel Manager** **Hotel San Marcos – San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas** At **Hotel San Marcos**, we seek a **Hotel Manager** with operational and administrative experience, focused on guest service and efficient hotel operations—maintaining high service standards, administrative control, and team leadership. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance). * Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on incidents. * Manage revenue, expenses, and administrative reporting. * Coordinate and supervise staff (roles, schedules, and incidents). * Implement and monitor internal procedures. * Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles (hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel supervisor). * Demonstrable knowledge of hotel operations and administration. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent customer service skills, leadership ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Preference for candidates residing in San Cristóbal de las Casas. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary of $15,000 + $8,000 performance-based bonus** (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Growth opportunities.
