Position Summary: Hospital Polar San Pedro is seeking a General Physician to provide medical care for hospitalized and emergency patients, coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Treatment follow-up and clinical record preparation Hospital Polar San Pedro requires: A “General Physician” with the following qualifications: Academic background: Bachelor’s degree (with official diploma and professional license). Duties to be performed: - Provide medical care for hospitalized patients and those in the emergency department. - Conduct daily rounds in the inpatient ward and monitor treatment plans established by attending physicians. - Request laboratory and imaging studies as required, in accordance with established procedures. - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. - Conduct shift handovers for inpatient and emergency services. - Prepare, manage, and organize clinical records. - Follow or transcribe medical instructions issued by attending physicians. - Submit reports to the Medical Management.
