Production management and inventory control **CONCRETOS TUUNICH IS SEEKING:** **\*\*\*CONCRETE BATCHER\*\*\*** **EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION CONTROL, PERSONNEL SUPERVISION, PREMIXED CONCRETE PRODUCTION, AND LEAN MANUFACTURING.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Age:** 25 to 35 years old * **Education:** Technical degree in Production or related field. * **Experience:** 2 years in production control, personnel supervision, *in-depth knowledge of the entire premixed concrete production process*, understanding and implementation of lean manufacturing. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Directly responsible for the plant * Order receipt and scheduling * Batch supplies according to the production schedule. * Coordinate logistics for concrete mixers * Ensure all personnel have complete PPE in optimal condition * Coordinate with Commercial Advisors to guarantee timely and accurate supply * Procurement and control of raw materials * Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production, distribution, and pumping equipment. * Inventory administration and control * Management and control of human and material resources * Compliance with safety standards for both facilities and personal protective equipment (PPE) * Control of concrete dispatches and customer service * Telephone interaction with customers * Monthly reporting to the Regional Operations Coordinator, Plant Administrator, Administrative Manager, and General Director. **WORK LOCATION:** ***CANCÚN*** Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based, Indefinite term Salary: $27,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
