




**COUNTER SUPERVISOR** **JOB SUMMARY:** Supervise and carry out customer service operations at the Viva Cargo counter, ensuring compliance with established procedures for the receipt, documentation, and delivery of air cargo, providing efficient, secure, and regulation-compliant service. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Serve customers at the counter for shipment pickup and delivery. * Verify required documentation for air cargo transportation. * Register and label cargo according to company guidelines. * Coordinate with the operations team for proper handling, storage, and loading of cargo. * Handle information requests, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries. * Comply with airport security regulations and cargo regulations (DGAC, IATA). * Prepare daily operation reports and record incidents. * Promote Viva Cargo services and support administrative tasks within the department. **REQUIREMENTS** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or counter operations within the airport or cargo sector. **SKILLS:** Communication, customer-focused, and ability to work under pressure. **LANGUAGES:** Basic level of English **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cargo control systems. **EDUCATION** Completed high school diploma #### **Experience** Preferred* 1 year(s): Customer service
