Key Responsibilities * Clean and maintain hotel rooms and common areas according to established standards. * Restock hygiene supplies and amenities in guest rooms. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. * Perform additional tasks as required by team needs or guest requests. * Report any damage or incidents requiring immediate attention. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times. * Contribute to continuous service improvement by gathering guest feedback. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications * Minimum education: Secondary school. * Essential skills: Teamwork, responsibility, cleanliness, punctuality, proactivity, and customer service orientation. * Prior experience in cleaning or customer-facing roles is an advantage. * Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
