We invite you to join our qualified team at Hospital Star Médica Mérida as: "Admission and Customer Service Executive" REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree (degree certificate and professional license): fields of economics-administration, tourism, communications \- One year of customer service experience. \- Service-oriented attitude. \- SAP proficiency (desirable) \- Availability to work morning shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM). \- Electronic invoicing 4.0. \- Basic English WE OFFER: \- Base salary. \- Punctuality and attendance bonuses. \- Statutory benefits. \- Food vouchers. \- Direct employment contract with the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provides appropriate information and resolves complaints from customers, physicians, patients, and their families. \- Reports patient admissions to third-party payers through established channels to obtain authorization or eligibility. \- Assigns the PMG ID in SAP during hospital admission episode registration. \- Ensures that third-party payers' commercial terms are applied to insured accounts.
