TOURISM COMPANY REQUESTS: DATA ANALYST * Send emails and/or WhatsApp messages for reminders regarding pending tasks and/or scheduled department meetings. * Advise and resolve general staff inquiries related to the use of platforms and/or information technologies. * Support in designing technological structures to facilitate department management and operations (systems for operational and commercial management, systems for financial information reporting, etc.). * Assist in monitoring and updating developed technological structures (perform maintenance on them). * Support the team in building financial reports. * Assist in implementing administrative and operational software. * Help design organizational structures, reports, manuals, and operational diagrams that enable decision-making. * Support in measuring KPIs for personnel evaluation. * Review financial information prior to submission to senior management and provide feedback to the relevant team. * Support in the development of designs. * Provide support in tracking the scheduling of shipper allotments. * Analyze shipper requests regarding allotments based on business rules. * Assist the organization's Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager with requested activities. * Help monitor external corporate projects managed by the company's general director (Benchmarking studies, financial analyses, project evaluation runs, technical study analyses, financial projections, general studies related to the project). * Optimize databases and improve information storage processes. * Create data models and automated reports for trend and performance analysis. * Collaborate with different business areas to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions. ● Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
