




We are seeking a **Customer Service Executive** with a strong sense of urgency, an operational focus, and excellent communication skills, responsible for comprehensive follow-up on procedures and shipments, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** ✔ Directly track cargo and shipments, ensuring seamless information flow among customers, customs facilities, shipping lines, and internal departments. ✔ Conduct operational tracking of imports and exports, coordinating movements and promptly communicating status updates. ✔ Request advance payments, prepare quotations, and manage related administrative processes. ✔ Ensure accurate execution of assigned operations, guaranteeing end-to-end traceability. ✔ Maintain clear, continuous, and professional communication with customers and internal teams. ✔ Meet established operational deadlines and resolve incidents with a results-oriented approach. **Required Profile:** ✔ Excellent oral and written communication skills. ✔ Articulate speaking ability and a confident, eloquent demeanor. ✔ Strong organizational skills and time management capability. ✔ Numerical analysis and information control proficiency. ✔ High sense of urgency and customer orientation.
