**Garment Manufacturing Supervisor** **Requirements:** · Age: No restriction · Gender: No restriction · Academic Qualifications: · Minimum experience: 3 years · Availability for work schedule **Knowledge:** · Interpretation of technical specifications. · Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes · Quality standards · Multi-style garment sewing · Industrial pattern making for women’s and men’s apparel. · Garment component breakdown. **Responsibilities:** * In-depth knowledge of pattern making, industrial pattern making, cutting, and sewing. * Interpretation of technical specifications. * Proficiency in and understanding of garment construction. * Inspection of physical attributes, sampling, and product release. * Reporting and tracking issues affecting product quality. * Verification of correct product labeling. * Release or hold of garments based on quality criteria. * Supervision of contract manufacturing workshops. * Inspection of production lines.
