




**Requirements:** * Commercial experience with perishable products (**essential**). * Experience in supervision and personnel management (**essential**). * Achievement of performance indicators. * Ensuring product quality controls. * Decision-making and problem-solving. * Availability for schedule shifts and rotation. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience handling and managing perishable products (**essential**). * Verifiable work experience in food handling companies and/or butcher shops (**essential**). * Valid driver's or motorcyclist's license. **Responsibilities:** * **COMMUNICATION WITH EACH BUSINESS AT OPENING AND CLOSING**: Verify that all equipment is present, the business has no damages, and the product is in good condition. Review daily sales, confirm awareness of daily goals, and verify inventory. * **CALLING CUSTOMERS**: Maintain constant communication with customers to ensure continuous purchases. * **REVIEW COLLECTIONS FROM ASSIGNED OUTLETS**: Ensure deposits are made into bank accounts; otherwise, visit businesses to collect payments. * **REVIEW AND PREPARE REPORTS**: Gather daily information from each business to present CLOSE-OUTS / SALES / INVENTORIES / ORDERS. * **BUSINESS SUPERVISION**: Conduct weekly visits to each assigned unit to supervise processes, inventories, and/or perform audits. * **PAYROLL PROCESSING**: When managing staff, it is necessary to prepare complete rest schedules and vacation plans at the beginning of each month. Likewise, submit any incidents occurred every THURSDAY to the administrative department. * **SUPPLIES**: Every Monday, fully collect the total supply needs of all outlets to arrange deliveries during MONDAY\-TUESDAY routes. Additionally, submit consolidated requests to the purchasing department every MONDAY for corporate procurement. * **PRODUCT WEIGHING AT STORE**: Occasionally, deliveries are made at night; therefore, the supervisor must go to the store to jointly receive and verify product delivery with the vendor. * **COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OUTLET AT CLOSING**: Confirm total sales, final results of the day for target SKUs, and assess product status. * **VERIFY COMPANY ASSETS STATUS**: Ensure proper operation of refrigerators, scales, knives, and all other assets located at the outlet. **Work Schedule:** * Work from MONDAY to SATURDAY. * Day off is SUNDAY. * Start time: 07:30 am, variable end time. **Salary:** * Base: $1,500 weekly * Performance bonus: $2,500 biweekly.
