




Job Summary: Responsible for process audits, quality issue resolution, and development of product quality control plans, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for customer process audits and follow-up on nonconformities. 2. Participate in audit meetings with customers, analyze problem resolution, present solutions, and develop plans for timely implementation. 3. Plan product quality control schemes according to customer requirements. 4. Evaluate process capability (Cpk) and measurement system analysis (MSA) for critical dimensions, and develop statistical process control (SPC) charts. 5. In accordance with Tesla’s quality system requirements, prepare and submit internal system documentation, including the Total Quality Plan (TQP), T-QMS, SCAR, quality control points, etc. * 1. Over 5 years of experience in quality management for automotive parts projects; 2. Proactive with strong cross-departmental communication skills; 3. Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, etc.); 4. Knowledge of product audit (VDA 6.5), process audit (VDA 6.3), IATF 16949 standard, and CQI-15; 5. Familiarity with new project development processes across various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs); 6. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, spoken English proficiency, and willingness to attend international conferences.
