




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and negotiation-savvy Procurement Coordinator to ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services, optimize supplier relationships, and minimize risks. The primary objective is to ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services—at optimal cost, quality, and timeliness—while optimizing supplier relationships and minimizing risks to the company. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company processes and objectives. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and conditions. Manage contracts and relationships with key suppliers. Optimize procurement processes to achieve efficiencies and cost savings. Monitor procurement budgets and manage raw material/input inventory. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and risks. Lead and develop the procurement team. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. * Proven track record in negotiation and supplier management. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) and procurement modules. * Analytical skills for data-driven decision making. * Leadership, proactivity, and results orientation.
