Job Description: Full-time position as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the corporate headquarters. This clinical role is responsible for delivering primary mental and emotional health care and counseling on various topics to ensure patient well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Patient consultations. * Patient follow-ups. * Management of subjective crisis situations: self- or other-directed aggression, suicidal ideation or suicide attempts, substance abuse or intoxication with psychoactive substances, psychic disorganization, anxiety crises and psychomotor excitement crises, family or social violence, abuse, sexual abuse, and others. * Generate reports of services provided. * Coordinate and implement preventive medicine initiatives in collaboration with the Corporate Medical Services Department. * Adhere to care policies and protocols, as well as applicable regulations. * Submit reports on patients treated, including various analytical indicators. * Develop adaptation plans according to diverse health conditions; maintain impeccable clinical file management; and deliver high-quality, empathetic care within the Medical Unit. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in the continuous improvement of both the assigned department and the entire organization are required. Ongoing professional training is an essential aspect of this position. Requirements: \+5 years of experience. Professional License (Do not apply if you do not possess this document).
