




A prominent company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Minimum one year of verifiable experience in the position. * Knowledge of and ability to apply food safety and quality standards. * Establish and implement processes to ensure products are manufactured according to the strictest quality standards, in compliance with internal specifications and applicable regulations. * Coordinate, train, and guide a team; supervise specific tasks and overall processes. * Identify, assess, and control risk situations at all stages of food production. * Develop specifications for raw materials received by the facility. * Facilitate and lead customer inspections whenever requested. * Address and resolve any quality or safety issues with suppliers. * Train and lead personnel under supervision. * Request necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to perform assigned duties. * Stay up to date with regulatory updates and industry developments. Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy or related field.
