Our kitchen focuses on artisanal French breakfast and brunch, adhering strictly to hygienic and quality processes. **Responsibilities:** · Proper food handling (Follow FIFO, hygiene and cleaning procedures) · General kitchen cleaning · Work with the kitchen team on the hot line (griddle, pans). · Production and pre-production of various preparations. · Weigh and prepare recipes according to instructions from the executive chef. **Our Cook must have the following profile:** · Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, or technical degree in Food and Beverage, Gastronomy, or related field. · 2 years of experience in a similar position. · Passion and knowledge in international cuisine. · Excellent personal presentation. · High attention to detail. · Accustomed to working under quality and hygiene standards. · Proactive with initiative. **At Petit Delice you will get:** · Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company. · Fixed morning shift.
