




At **Cocina Mestiza**, we are seeking an **R\&D Manager** who combines **culinary creativity with technical rigor**, responsible for transforming ideas into scalable, stable, and profitable products. This role leads experimentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of the portfolio, ensuring flavor, quality, and safety from development through production. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create and develop new products and improvements to the current portfolio * Standardize recipes through technical sheets and precise formulations * Optimize processes, yields, and costs without compromising flavor * Conduct pilot tests and support scaling up to production * Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure technical feasibility * Document development processes, parameters, and learnings **Requirements:** * Degree in Food Science, Gastronomy, Chemistry, or related field * Experience in food development and formulation * Knowledge of food processes, ingredients, and regulatory requirements * Creative and analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset **Type:** Full-time **Modality:** On-site Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
