Ensure equipment remains in proper working condition by guaranteeing compliance with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs through coordination of internal and external resources—ensuring operational continuity and efficient resource utilization. Reporting and communication with the internal team on maintenance KPIs, and direct communication with the LATAM team. **Your Impact** As **MAINTENANCE RELIABILITY COORDINATOR**, your responsibilities will include: * Coordinate execution, plans, and maintenance programs aligned with established strategies to ensure operational efficiency. * Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for production lines, ensuring effective management of resources required for successful execution. o Lead pre- and post-shutdown sessions with all stakeholders involved in each maintenance activity. o Assign maintenance tasks based on team members’ skills and experience, in collaboration with the execution facilitator. * Monitor and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and compliant execution of planned activities and work, aligned with operational safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Coordinate asset creation in SAP (e.g., equipment hierarchy, BOM for spare parts), as well as creation of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance scheduling for our equipment. * Continuously monitor the status of equipment, spare parts, tools, and services to ensure operational continuity and smooth workflow. * Promote, implement, and track initiatives and strategies to improve equipment functionality and maintenance practices, positively impacting key operational metrics. * Champion training strategies to develop preventive, corrective, predictive, and service-related maintenance skills among operations personnel, aligned with applicable technologies. * Monitor and manage the maintenance department’s assigned budget, ensuring availability of appropriate tools—including spare parts and equipment—through correct prioritization and resource management. * Contribute to the proper implementation of the PeMM methodology, as well as development of strategies for its sustainability and continuous improvement. * Conduct failure analyses related to maintenance jointly with mechanics, operators, and involved facilitators, ensuring root cause identification of equipment damage and generation of effective SMART action plans. * Guarantee tracking of comprehensive team KPIs through active participation and proper management of the organizational transformation model: Motor\+. o Improve KPIs through performance management: startup, performance, reporting. o Develop multi-skilling and operational autonomy by championing programs such as Star Point System and Integrated Operator, fostering holistic skill development for role fulfillment. o Foster commitment and recognition through participation in engagement committee initiatives. o Manage action plans and strategies via facilitation teams.
