A heavy cargo transportation company is seeking a Workshop Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance activities of the vehicle fleet. * Lead and supervise mechanics, assistants, washers, detailers, electricians, and sheet metal/paint personnel. * Assign tasks and work shifts according to operational priorities. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Prioritize urgent repairs and coordinate technical shutdowns to avoid disrupting operations. * Monitor the use of spare parts, tools, and workshop materials. * Request and verify the purchase of necessary supplies. * Supervise facility organization, cleanliness, and safety. Experience: * 3 to 5 years in similar positions within heavy cargo transportation workshops or vehicle fleets.
