Warehouse Manager Coordinate warehouse staff. Receive and verify materials against documentation. Organize, identify and safeguard merchandise. Fulfill internal requisitions and orders. Record incoming and outgoing goods in system or forms. Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness and signage. Report discrepancies, damages or shortages. Plan and supervise incoming and outgoing goods and cycle counts. Control physical and system-based inventories. Optimize warehouse space and material flow. Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Quality departments. Analyze losses, turnover rates and causes of deviations.
