




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventories, record merchandise movements, and ensure stock accuracy in a dynamic VIP lounge environment. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and ERP system (SAP, SAE) experience 2. Responsible for recording and controlling goods receipts and shipments 3. Supporting physical inventory counts and generating stock reports We are a company dedicated to providing VIP services in premium waiting lounges located at Terminal 1 of the CDMX International Airport and AIFA. Requirements: · Completed high school diploma. · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and warehouse environment. · Excel proficiency (intermediate level preferred). · ERP experience (SAP, SAE or similar). · Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO. Main Responsibilities: · Record incoming merchandise from suppliers. · Record outgoing merchandise for sales, transfers, or internal consumption. · Enter returns and internal movements into ERP system or Excel. · Update stock levels and maintain up-to-date inventory records. · Assist with periodic physical inventory counts. · Identify and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. · Generate stock and inventory reports. · Review and validate invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. · Verify item codes, quantities, and batch numbers of merchandise. · Archive physical and digital documentation. · Report merchandise shortages or overages. · Provide purchasing department with information regarding minimum stock levels. · Coordinate activities with warehouse and logistics teams.
