This role ensures the technical, operational, and financial viability of each initiative, managing risks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guaranteeing high-quality deliverables aligned with corporate objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, structure, and evaluate the feasibility of strategic projects. * Lead the planning, execution, and control of projects using recognized project management methodologies. * Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. * Analyze risks and define mitigation strategies to support decision-making. * Supervise suppliers, contractors, and procurement processes related to the project. * Present executive reports and progress updates to the General Director and involved departments. * Ensure project alignment with internal policies, regulations, and client expectations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Project Management, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred. * 2+ years of experience in project management. * Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and project management methodologies (critical path, baseline, continuous improvement). * Experience leading teams and negotiating with corporate clients. * Experience in hydrocarbons, gas, or similar sectors preferred. **Key Competencies** Leadership, decision-making, results orientation, time management, technical credibility, innovation, and handling of confidential information.
