




**GAS STATION MANAGER** **Position Mission:** Execute and ensure the delivery of our value proposition to the customer, satisfying their needs through exceptional service, building trust by exemplifying our values for our customers. Work Location: Nueva Revolución (in front of The Harbor plaza, Mérida, Yucatán). Area: Operations. **Job Functions:** · Manage, supervise, and audit service station resources. · Supply fuel to the service station. · Sales analysis, promotional product sales. · Inventory review and control, purchase of oils and additives. · Sales reconciliation, shortage control, cash register balancing. · Customer service and attention. · Preparation of reports and logs. · Collection, control, and delivery of valuables. · Recording, control, and follow-up of personnel incidents. · Personnel management and administration, fostering a positive work environment. · Control staff turnover at the service station. · Develop strategies to increase volume at the service station. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related field, certified. · Availability to work full-time (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 hours and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 hours). · Four years of experience in administrative and customer service areas. · Four years of experience managing personnel and valuables. · Experience: Customer service, personnel management, cash handling, direct operational work with customers, developing sales and business growth strategies. **We Offer:** · $17,000.00 pesos gross monthly · Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $17,001.00 per month Workplace type: On-site
