Years of Experience: 1 year in sales, commercial, or customer service positions Languages: Spanish and English Salary: $16,000 monthly + commission scheme Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm Position Objective: Ensure business profitability by directly serving potential and existing customers, delivering exceptional service from the first contact, clearly and attractively presenting packages, professionally resolving inquiries, and effectively closing sales that guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty. Required Knowledge or Competencies: § Basic sales and closing techniques. § Customer service and attention. § Knowledge of venue packages and pricing. § Use of telephone, WhatsApp, and email for effective communication. § Basic computer skills and CRM or customer management system usage. § Clear, persuasive, and courteous communication. § Organization and timely customer follow-up. § Results orientation and goal achievement.
