Key Responsibilities * Operational Supervision: Ensure restaurant setup, service, and lounge chair arrangements comply with brand standards. * Talent Management: Recruitment, training, shift role supervision, and staff motivation. * Supply Control: Oversee procurement, vendor relations, and warehouse audits to prevent shrinkage. * VIP Customer Service: Handle complaints, suggestions, and public relations with frequent customers or club members. * Reporting: Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
