




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the warehouse, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages warehouse, inventory, and material logistics. 2. Plans and coordinates transportation of materials to construction sites. 3. Ensures compliance with safety and order regulations. **Requirements** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in the energy, construction, or electrical sectors. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of electrical, photovoltaic, or construction materials. * Experience managing inventories, delivery notes, and document control. * Accustomed to working under pressure. **Warehouse Management** * Receives, inspects, and registers incoming materials, equipment, and tools. * Verifies quantity, quality, and documentation of materials delivered by suppliers. * Controls receipts, issuances, and returns using inventory systems or reports. * Ensures proper storage and preservation of materials. * Supervises delivery of materials and tools to projects or work crews. * Coordinates maintenance and control of assigned tools. **Activities** * Plans and coordinates transportation of materials to construction sites or between warehouses. * Manages transportation routes, schedules, and costs to optimize resources. * Coordinates with suppliers and carriers regarding delivery dates and conditions. * Ensures adherence to delivery deadlines according to project schedules. * Prepares inventory, movement, and material consumption reports. * Maintains updated digital warehouse records (Excel, ERP, or internal software). * Controls documentation: invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and shipping guides. * Participates in inventory audits and reconciliations. * Supports the procurement department in tracking orders and restocking. * Complies with and enforces safety regulations for material handling. * Ensures order and cleanliness in warehouse and loading areas. * Loads and unloads materials as required. * Willingness to travel as required. * Reports unsafe conditions or incidents in logistics operations. * And others.
