




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Inventory Auditor for a restaurant company, responsible for inventory and cost audits as well as hygiene management. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in inventory and cost audits (60% of time). 2. Hygiene management and Distintivo H compliance (40% of time). 3. Verification of critical points and training on hygienic handling. Company engaged in the restaurant industry WE ARE LOOKING FOR: **QUALITY AND INVENTORY AUDITOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Gastronomic Administration, Food Engineering, or related field. * · **Experience:** 1–3 years in Cost Auditing, Warehouse A&B, or Cost Control positions in high-volume hospitality/restaurant settings. * · **Technical Knowledge:** * o Inventory software proficiency (e.g., Micros, SAP, Oracle, Soft Restaurant). * o NMX-F-605-NORMEX standard (Distintivo H). * o Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, reconciliation formulas). \* * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **1. Inventory and Cost Audits (60% of time)** * · Physical Inventories: Conduct cyclical counts and audits in warehouses, cold rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. * · Variance Analysis: Reconcile physical stock vs. system (theoretical) records and report shortages or overages. * · Standard Recipe Control: Audit portioning at line level and recipe adherence to prevent cost overruns. * · Waste Supervision: Record, classify, and analyze causes of waste (operational vs. expiration). * · Purchase Validation: Verify received supplies match invoices in weight, quantity, and price. * **2. Hygiene Management and Distintivo H (40% of time)** * · Critical Point Verification: Monitor receiving, storage, and service temperatures. * · Logbook Control: Audit that cleaning, disinfection, and temperature logs are completed timely and accurately. * · FIFO Implementation: Ensure “First-In, First-Out” system is applied both for freshness and to prevent financial losses. * · Training: Instruct staff on hygienic handling practices to avoid contamination-related product loss. * **WE OFFER** Statutory Benefits Base Salary Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria Service License/Certification: * Driver’s License (Desirable) Work Location: On-site Employment
