Job Summary: A leading company in the transportation sector is seeking a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Analyst to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, ensure receipt of supplies and services, and record accounts payable. Opportunity for professional growth. **LEADING COMPANY IN THE TRANSPORTATION SECTOR** SEEKING TALENT FOR THE POSITION OF **\*PURCHASING AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST\***. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices and credit terms for purchasing requested supplies and services, subject to prior Purchase Order and/or authorized Purchase Request. (Transportation industry) * Coordinate and ensure complete and timely receipt of required supplies and services to guarantee operational continuity for requestors. Immediately notify Warehouse and Workshop departments of any deviations or potential delays, including cause and new estimated resolution date. * Generate and submit a Weekly Executive Report to Management detailing the status of all purchase orders. * Continuously identify, select, and evaluate suppliers. * Create and update supplier files. * Register suppliers in Advan Pro. * Receive and validate tax information on supplier invoices to determine approval or rejection. * Record accounts payable in Advan Pro. * Generate the weekly report of overdue documents and deliver it to Management for payment scheduling on the established date. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting * Minimum age: 28 years * Gender: Unrestricted * Professional appearance * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * One year of experience in similar positions. **WE OFFER:** * 100% payroll salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth * Job stability \*\*\*If you meet the profile, apply through this channel\*\*\* Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,705.13 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
