




Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Planning and Control Manager to develop plans, schedule production orders, and coordinate material flow in a metal-mechanical company. Join our team—we are looking for a **Production Planning and Control Manager** Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * Desired experience: **5 years in production planning within metal-mechanical companies** * Technical knowledge in Production Planning and Control (MRP), Line Balancing and Standard Times, BOM (Bill of Materials) interpretation, Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Proficiency in ERP SAP B1, Excel Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Develop the master production plan according to demand, forecasts, and customer orders. * Schedule production orders considering capacity, standard times, machine load, and material availability. * Conduct daily/weekly follow-up on production progress and implement adjustments when deviations occur. * Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production departments to ensure timely supply of raw materials and inputs. * Manage inventories of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Analyze and monitor indicators such as: Production Plan Compliance, Service Level, Production Efficiency, Inventory Turnover, Delivery Times. * Manage production priorities in urgent situations or order changes. * Issue and manage documentation: production orders, bills of materials, routing sheets, progress reports. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in flow, balancing, and capacity. * Participate in production meetings and provide results and risk reports. * Implement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, MRP, Kanban, FIFO, 5S, or others as applicable. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality policies, and management system procedures. Skills: Data analysis and decision-making, Organization and priority management, Leadership, Effective communication and cross-departmental negotiation.
