




Operations Sub-Management Supervise the branch's operational areas to streamline processes and achieve established sales objectives. Main responsibilities: ° Load merchandise onto delivery units, verifying and cross-checking shipment departures against invoices. ° Supervise the implementation of supplier strategies and monitor their efficiency. ° Establish storage capacity per supplier in coordination with warehouse and purchasing departments, taking into account supplier movement and delivery times. ° Supervise that merchandise is correctly channeled to the corresponding departments. ° Confirm that received merchandise is inspected to avoid inventory discrepancies. ° Supervise activities according to procedures for self-service staff, fine-line section, extended paper section, cashiers, warehouse, receiving, and storage, ensuring compliance for optimal branch operations. ° Supervise adherence to established guidelines and policies. ° Authorize internal merchandise transfers after analyzing requested merchandise volume, with prior approval from the Branch Manager. ° Train all personnel under supervision and oversee their activities and results, proactively addressing needs as they arise. ° Train all personnel in: · Sales standards. · Product knowledge specific to the area. · 5S methodology and area operations.
