Design strategies to increase sales and operational efficiency **Job Profile: Operational Director of Bars — Job Objective** Lead, standardize, and optimize the operations of all bars within the group, ensuring profitability, service excellence, cost control, and compliance with brand standards, thereby delivering consistent customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily operations of all units (bars). * Ensure compliance with service, quality, and customer experience standards. * Monitor key performance indicators: sales, costs (beverages, shrinkage), profitability, and average ticket value. * Implement and track operational and administrative processes. * Lead and develop unit managers and operational teams. * Design strategies to increase sales and operational efficiency. * Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships. * Ensure regulatory compliance (health, permits, safety). * Coordinate openings of new units and improvements to existing ones. * Resolve high-impact operational incidents. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Tourism, Business, or related field. **Experience:** * 5+ years in operational roles within bars, restaurants, or nightlife businesses. * Proven experience managing multiple units. * Strong focus on financial results and operations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Cost control (beverages and operations). * Operational KPIs (food & beverage cost, prime cost, turnover, etc.). * Inventory and procurement management. * Process standardization. * POS systems and financial reporting. **Key Skills** * Leadership and management of large teams. * Decision-making under pressure. * Results- and profitability-oriented mindset. * High sense of urgency. * Supplier negotiation. * Effective communication and execution. **Competencies** * Strategic mindset + operational execution. * Customer orientation. * Operational discipline. * Problem-solving. * Adaptability (night shifts and weekends). **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Increase in sales per unit. * Reduction in shrinkage and costs. * Profitability per unit. * Customer satisfaction level. * Staff turnover rate. * Compliance with operational standards. **We Offer** * Competitive salary + performance bonus. * Benefits. * Career growth within the group. * Involvement in business expansion.
