




**GENERAL OBJECTIVES** Optimize team technical movements and coordination, collect data on equipment utilization, performance, maintenance, physical and mechanical conditions, as well as customer billing reports. **Knowledge and skills required for the position.** * Personnel management * Logistics knowledge * Road safety knowledge * Technical knowledge in diesel mechanics and machinery * Reading of parts and service manuals * Planning * Safety * Knowledge of market technical service cost rates * Office software package knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Main activities** · Coordinates the technical area per instructions from the Manager · Generates service and repair reports and budgets · Generates work orders and tracks them · Sends and follows up on quotations and budgets to customers · Generates and audits machinery expense reports · Schedules and coordinates machinery and equipment maintenance and repairs · Performs the daily machinery checklist · Responsible for proper functioning of hour meters · Monitors machinery utilization, operating hours, and maintenance · Determines whether maintenance expenses are due to normal or improper usage · Supervises machinery usage and reports improper usage · Manages procedures with the Directorate of Roadways and Transportation · Coordinates machinery movements · Coordinates delivery of machinery for sale or service · Follows up on machinery and equipment repairs · Quotes materials and spare parts · Prepares and follows up on logbooks and checklists for delivery and receipt · Verifies maintenance of operational vehicles · Responsible for workshop order and cleanliness · Follows up on spare parts purchases for service · Maintains control over material required for service · Is responsible for integrating the operations team and fostering the best working environment · Organizes machinery placement within Maquired’s facilities · Coordinates with after-sales service for Maquired’s customer support · Follows up on and coordinates the activities of the mechanics team · Is responsible for warranty registrations in XCMG’s CSM system · Performs all activities that support the proper performance of his/her duties. **BENEFITS** * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
