Essential Functions (General Responsibilities): * Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and equipment. * Ensure operational availability of equipment through timely interventions. * Coordinate and supervise the activities of the mechanic and their assistant. * Maintain up-to-date technical files and maintenance logs for each piece of machinery and equipment. * Validate requirements for spare parts, materials, and supplies, coordinating procurement and warehouse management. * Diagnose failures and determine the optimal repair strategy. * Ensure industrial safety in the maintenance area and on-site. * Analyze maintenance costs and implement cost-saving and efficiency measures. * Submit weekly and monthly reports on equipment availability and progress of the maintenance plan.
