Management of operational staff and problem resolution **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Production, Industrial Design, or related field) * Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry: Production Management, Quality Control, Efficiency (lean manufacturing), Inventory Management, Leadership, Maintenance, and Industrial Safety. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and planning. * Experience managing operational staff. * Ability to organize, monitor, and resolve problems. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of rooms, curtains, and decorative products. * Ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and production cost control. * Supervise workshop personnel and production areas. * Monitor efficient use of materials, supplies, and waste. * Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse departments. * Track production orders and operational priorities. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes.
