Conduct active sales as a systematic and periodic task. Inventory Management Supervise parts inventory, ensuring sufficient components are available for continuous operations. Manage purchases/sales of parts in accordance with the established inventory turnover objective. Coordinate part returns according to CNHMX policies. Maintain strong business relationships with Parts customers. Submit daily billing report to the After-Sales Manager. Manage obsolete products. Prepare parts reports and present them to the After-Sales Management team. Authorize delivery of parts and accessories to the workshop for repairs. Personnel Management: Supervise and train the team responsible for parts handling. Coordinate part returns. Analyze potential, current, and lost customers to plan and execute sales strategies. Schedule future CNH parts purchases. Verify correct entry and exit of parts in the computerized management system. Coordinate counter sales and field sales personnel.
