**INTERNATIONAL SOURCING ANALYST (ASIA)** **Position Objective:** Identify, research, and develop reliable new Asian suppliers to expand and strengthen the company’s current supplier portfolio, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and documentation requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Search for and evaluate new suppliers in Asian markets (primarily China and other Asian countries). * Research manufacturers and distributors aligned with business needs. * Analyze technical information, catalogs, certifications, and suppliers’ production capacity. * Validate commercial and operational data (contact information, location, lead times, products). * Maintain and update the international supplier catalog. * Follow up on initial communication with suppliers (without price negotiation or contract signing). * Support the procurement and operations areas with strategic supplier information. * Prepare supplier prospecting and analysis reports. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sourcing, supplier research, international procurement, or related fields. * Knowledge of international supplier search (Asia preferred). * Advanced English (reading and written communication essential). * Proficiency in Excel and online research tools. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Ideal Profile:** * Analytical, proactive, and research-oriented individual. * Ability to work autonomously and goal-oriented. * Interest in international trade and global supply chains. **We Offer:** * Salary: $35,000–$40,000 gross monthly, based on experience * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Collaborative and innovative work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00–$40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
