Personnel Supervision: * Assign tasks to the maintenance team. * Train and evaluate personnel on safety and best maintenance practices. * Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials. * Request procurement of supplies required for repairs and maintenance. * Supervise external suppliers’ work when necessary.
