




We are seeking an Industrial Cafeteria Manager located at the plant in Castro del Río; we offer free transportation from Irapuato—the candidate must reside in Irapuato, Guanajuato ### **Work Experience** * **Verifiable Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 4 years** in supervisory, coordination, or managerial roles in: * Industrial cafeteria administration. * Large-scale food services (hotels, large restaurants, hospitals). * **Operations Management:** Experience supervising high-volume food production. ### **Essential Technical Knowledge** * **Food Hygiene and Safety Standards:** Solid knowledge and application of: * Hygienic food handling (valid SECTUR course). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Sanitary regulations such as the **“H” Distinction** or HACCP (desirable or mandatory depending on the company). * **Administration and Cost Control:** * Inventory control and procurement management. * Operational cost and budget control. * Menu costing and balanced menu planning. * **Personnel Management:** Leadership of operational teams and payroll/incident management. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Office software (especially Excel) for reporting. ### **Skills and Competencies** * **Leadership and Personnel Management:** Coordination, supervision, and motivation of assigned teams. * **Customer Orientation (Internal and External):** Ability to handle complaints and ensure satisfaction. * **Organization and Planning:** Ability to efficiently organize cafeteria activities and schedules.
