Most of the time is spent assisting in the kitchen area and strategically wherever needed (bar, floor, entrance); in the kitchen, duties include dishwashing and tasks related to cooking. **Requirements** * SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE. * WILLINGNESS TO LEARN. * GOOD HEALTH. * AGILITY. **Responsibilities** * Support various restaurant operations as required. * Clean work area. * Receive incoming goods. * Run errands to stores for purchasing supplies. * Assist at the bar when required. * Support servers and front-of-house staff as needed. * Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the restaurant’s dining area. * Assist in removing dirty plates and glasses, and clean tables once guests have finished dining. * Wash and sanitize tableware, pans, etc. * **Benefits** * Base salary of $9,800.00 monthly + weekly tips * IMSS registration from the first week at 100% base salary * Statutory benefits. * Staff meals. * Staff beverages. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Current weekly schedule: 43 hours. * Tuesday through Sunday, starting at 17:40 hrs.
