




**Company Description** A Field Auditor in the RMS service is responsible for data collection in the traditional channel. (Traditional stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, convenience stores, kiosks), providing information related to sales, purchases, inventories, and distribution. Conduct audits in accordance with company procedures and policies: **Job Description** * Capture product characteristics (size, measurement, price, etc.) * Scan barcodes using a Hand Held device * Conduct inventory count at store level (audit point) * Validate information captured on the Hand Held device * Onboard new stores to include them in the study sample and establish them as new audit points. **Requirements** * Minimum education – Completed Secondary School * Preferred Experience – Sales, operational roles (warehouse staff, drivers, cashiers, etc.), and fieldwork * Preferred Basic computer skills (Office suite) * Preferred Basic knowledge of the Android operating system * Resilience * Conflict management * Autonomy * Numerical ability (capacity to perform basic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) * Adherence to standards * Results orientation **Additional Information** * Residence area: CD Juárez, Chihuahua * Current work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Salary $13,409.8 * Transportation allowance $1,300 NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
