Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure daily delivery of customer orders along predefined routes, verifying order completeness and managing delivery acknowledgments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery and verification of orders to customers. 2. Management of delivery acknowledgments and documentation. 3. Maintenance and reporting of the assigned vehicle. An administrative consulting and management firm is recruiting talent for a major tire company specializing in high-quality automotive tires and lubricants. Job Objective: * Ensure that orders are delivered daily to the company’s customers according to the route previously defined by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, and in strict compliance with the invoice or delivery order. Responsibilities: * Perform deliveries based on the route established by the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager, prioritizing high-volume customers first, followed by those requiring shorter mileage per trip. * During customer deliveries, verify that orders are complete and collect the corresponding delivery acknowledgment signed by the customer confirming proper receipt of goods. * Under authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Management, collect tires from customers requiring evaluation for replacement, if applicable. * Under exceptional circumstances and with authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Management, collect cash, checks, or documents from customers on behalf of the company. * Upon completion of the route, submit all customer-signed delivery acknowledgments to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Management as proof of full order delivery; immediately deliver any collected cash, checks, or documents received from customers. * Record all delivery details in the logbook, including date and time of delivery, name of person receiving the order, and any useful observations for future reference. * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and up-to-date with scheduled maintenance services; promptly notify the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager when the vehicle requires maintenance, repair, or replacement parts. * Inspect the assigned van or vehicle for proper operation and report any defects or accidents incurred during route execution to the Warehouse Manager. * Convey to the Operations, Logistics, and Procurement Manager any customer needs, complaints, or suggestions, including requests for additional merchandise, account statements, complaints, suggestions, etc. We Offer: * Biweekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * 100% social security coverage * Monthly performance bonus: $1500 Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday 9:00 – 14:00 Saturday
