Analysis of variances and replenishment points DISTRIBUTION PLANNER EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation certificate) Availability to work rotating shifts OBJECTIVE: Ensure warehouse delivery fulfillment through material planning strategies. EXPERIENCE: * Logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes * Inventory management * Demand planning * Material movement * Analysis of variances and replenishment points RESPONSIBILITIES * Extract or generate from the system purchase requests, pending orders—whether inter-warehouse transfers or direct-to-customer deliveries (goods dispatch or returns), as well as purchase orders pending collection. * Review delivery requirements—either customer-specific or order-specific—to validate what the customer has requested for delivery. * Analyze and balance demand, supply, and returns extracted from SAP system according to the assigned schedule. * Generate deliveries to fulfill pending order requirements. * Assess priority of load groups for fulfillment, aiming to meet delivery commitments. * Investigate causes of pending deliveries and ensure their closure with the floor supervisor or define subsequent rescheduling. * Dispatch materials to the warehouse lacking “free use” status, ensuring on-time product delivery. * Maintain up-to-date information in the SAP system so that generated proposals yield optimal work plans.
