Position: Branch Driver Department: Commercial Direct Supervisor: Logistics Manager Company: Grupo Tractozone Job Description: Grupo Tractozone is seeking a Branch Driver responsible for the safe operation of vehicles, timely delivery of spare parts, route optimization, loading and unloading of goods, basic vehicle maintenance, and professional customer service, ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries. Responsibilities: * Transporting and delivering spare parts to customers * Loading and unloading materials * Collecting cash-on-delivery receipts * Making local purchases for the branch * Verifying travel allowances * Vehicle maintenance and cleaning * Reporting vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs Requirements: * Completed secondary education (certificate mandatory) * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year verifiable warehouse experience * Experience operating stake-body trucks, 1½-ton and 3½-ton vehicles * Knowledge of invoicing * Inventory management experience (preferred) * ERP system knowledge (preferred) * Strong communication and customer service skills We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $10,000 to $13,850, depending on branch size * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS contributions * Enhanced benefits upon permanent employment: * 10% food vouchers * 15% bonus for achieving objectives * Savings fund * One Saturday off per month upon achievement of objectives Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
