In the construction sector, this includes developing **unit prices** and cost matrices. * **Reporting and Forecasting:** Generate periodic (weekly/monthly) reports on financial performance, profitability, cost variance (actual vs. budgeted), and develop forecasts. * **Optimization and Control:** Propose strategies for cost reduction and improvement of operational efficiency. * **Information Systems:** Use and maintain accounting systems, ERP, and specialized software (such as **OPUS** or **Neodata**, commonly used in Mérida for construction budgeting). * **Management Support:** Collaborate with management in strategic decision-making based on cost analysis.
